Looma can design and deliver all aspects of the custom build at your next event, from facades and walling in a marquee or existing building to fabrication and construction of a stand alone experiential activation. At Looma we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards while sticking to your brief, timeline and budget.
Exhibitions
Exhibitions are often made up of endless white booths, leaving you with no point of difference from those around you. At Looma we help you step away from the bland and create something that truly makes your exhibition stand memorable and draws people in.
Private/Corporate Events
Not only do we have the ability to deliver on a large scale, we can also assist with all custom elements of your next private or corporate event. At Looma we get a buzz out of creating and delivering events, so come to us with your ideas and we’ll make it come to life.

Project Management
We offer full service Project Management from concept to delivery with a solution based approach. It is our attention to detail and constant communication that helps us deliver on what we promise.

Our Project Managers will form an extension of your team and we work tirelessly to ensure the build is delivered on time and on budget.

Joinery & Metal work
With factories in Sydney and Melbourne and a team of fully qualified Joinery Designers, Joiners, Metal fabricators and onsite installation teams we strive to offer a fully integrated joinery solution that will meet your brief but also showcases and highlights the level of finishes we can provide.

We specialise in event facades and fitouts, custom built activations, exhibition stands, custom displays and bespoke furniture.

Signage
Signage is a key element to making your brand, activation, exhibition stand or event stand out. At Looma we have the ability to deliver on all types of signage requirements, from 3D lettering to window decals and everything in between. We can offer the service to meet every brief.

Design
With our in-house design team we have the ability to help develop your vision so that it can be brought into reality.

Our talented designers can also assist by creating a concept based on your requirements. Once the design is agreed upon our commitment to our client extends through the life of the design brief all the way to the final construction drawings and subsequently the handover of the completed project

Overseas Procurement
With established and high quality factories located overseas, Looma Custom Build Co. can design, procure & deliver all types of joinery & metalworks.

With constant quality control we can ensure you will receive the highest quality workmanship, on-time and on budget.

Onsite Build Team
Our onsite build team are key to pulling everything together. Lead by our Project Manager we have a diverse team of qualified trades people

Our Trades people come from a wide range of backgrounds such as retail, residential, commercial and hospitality. This wide range of diversity and experience creates a team of cutting edge ideas and innovative techniques.

Our team is made up of a talented group of people that bring a vast range of experience together to produce truly creative finishes. We are a new company but we are not new to the game.
Mick O’Dea

Managing Director

Mick has developed a great amount of experience on both sides of the event industry (supplier and organiser). He started is adventure in events with one of Australia's largest hire companies working in their Major Events Team and Exhibition Team. Mick has been the senior Account/Project manager across a number of major events such as The Australian Moto GP, Australian F1 GP, Australian Open Tennis, Spring Racing Carnival and more. He has also work on major exhibitions such as the Dog Lovers show and APPA National Roadshows. From here Mick moved on to the client side of events working as the Senior Events Facilities Manager for the Australian F1 GP. Mick prides himself on putting is heart and soul into every project he works on ensure the best outcome for his client.

Jordan Barry

Director

Jordan has a vast experience of project managing across various sectors for 10 years. He started his career in project managing for major events, including Australian Grand Prix, Australian Open Tennis and The Spring racing carnival. After numerous years within the events field Jordan moved over to the retail and hospitality space where he has worked with some major companies. He always ensures the highest of quality in all fit-outs/projects and is in constant communication with all parties.

Luke Michalsky

Director

Luke began his career as an apprentice Cabinet Maker in Adelaide and was already branching into Project Management before he completed his qualifications. Luke’s experience in the industry over the past 19 years has ranged from production management, business development management, sales management and contract negotiation and most importantly a strong focus on overseas procurement setting up strong relationships and supplier networks through Asia. Clients can be confident that Luke’s vast experience in the Construction and Project Management Industry will bring the passion and creativity required to bring their projects to life. Luke places a major importance on providing open, clear and honest communication to clients to not only complete projects but more importantly build partnerships. Luke’s hands on involvement in the industry has allowed him to grow both personally and professionally and has scaffolded him to Company Director at Twenty Three Projects and Looma Custom Build Co.

Paige Schramm

Project Coordinator

Paige has worked within the retail and hospitality space for the past 5 years as a Project Coordinator. With experience in dealing with some of the biggest brands in the world she ensures that all aspects of the project remain balanced and in sync. Placing a high priority on communication and attention to detail she will ensure that your project will flow progressively through to each stage of formulation. In her role at Twentythree Projects she will ensure that the “nuts and bolts” of your project will be undertaken making sure the puzzle all fits together along the journey. Understanding the importance of meeting deadlines she harnesses her skills in time management and organisation to create a positive outcome for clients.
